1. The Service
GoalTown is a personal motivation and habit-tracking app. You start a timer, complete your goal, earn gold, and grow your virtual city. All "gold" and "buildings" are purely virtual rewards; they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
2. Account
- You may not use the app if you are under 13 years old.
- You may not share your account with others or supply false identity information.
- Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
- You may delete your account at any time from the settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Abuse the system (e.g. automating timer completion).
- Try to access another user's account without permission.
- Reverse-engineer the app or distribute a modified version.
- Generate spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
Accounts violating these rules may be closed without warning.
4. Intellectual Property
The GoalTown logo, icons, landmark visuals, and app design are owned by us. Permission is required for any non-personal use.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoalTown is provided "as is". We accept no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from notification delays, server outages, or data loss. Please back up important data regularly.
6. Termination
You can end the service at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
8. Changes
We will notify you in-app whenever these terms are updated. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
